Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
Let me tell you... if this recipe has won over a fisherman's daughter it's a "keeper"! This recipe was amazing for Pink/Hummpie salmon because this species has less flavor than your Silver or King. I made it with all the ingredients, the only thing I did differently was mix the melted butter and the bread crumbs before spreading over the salmon. Definitely will make again and again.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I loved this recipe and so did my boyfriend. Now I get upset when people change the recipe and then review it so I am sorry to say that I had to because I was missing the wine. (After becoming pregnant it just wasn't needed in the house). So I used Sparkling Cider instead and the sauce was great. I have never made Chicken Cordon Bleu in a frying pan before, I usually bake it in the oven. I was a little disappointed that the cheese melted out of the middle. Other than that it was a fantastic recipe.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
The best sweet potato recipe I have ever had!!! I reduced the sugar in both the potatoes and the topping and it was perfect. Even people who don't like sweet potatoes loved this. I spent more time writing down the recipe to keep up with requests than I did enjoying the holiday!
