Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

My family absolutely LOVES this dish. We have had it at least twice a month since I found it! Easy to make also! Please make sure you put the pasta INTO the prepared sauce and let simmer. I promise, if done this way, it WILL thicken and the pasta soaks up the sauce perfectly! This is not a POUR over, recipe!

Erik's Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

No you do not NEED all the stuff, but you will want it!!! Please do not leave any ingredients out, as one cook suggested!!! This is perfect exactly the way it is written. My 5 year old son and 14 month old grand daughter loved this casserole, as did my husband and I.

Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)

Excellent! The only change I made was to use 1/2 a cup of yoghurt and 1/2 a cup of coconut milk. I also made it in the morning then refrigerated it to let all the spices blend. We ate on this for three days and it just kept getting better each time!

Amish Breakfast Casserole

This will be my third year making this. My family LOVES it!!! Its our Christmas morning tradition. Whats funny though... My mother in law bought me an Amish cook book this summer and this EXACT same recipe is in it!! Makes me hope that all the other recipes in that book are as good as this one!

Cabbage and Kielbasa

My family loved this dish!! I changed a few things. I sauteed fresh red potatoes with the onion and butter. In a second pan, I added another 1/4c. of butter, the red wine vinegar and 1/2 a cup of cooking sherry (instead of the water)and the cabbage. I also fried my keilbasa till crispy. I tossed everything in with the cabbage and let it cook all together for about 20 minutes. My picky 17yr old and my 1 yr old gobbled it up!! Thank you for a great base recipe!!
