Very good; second time I made them I cut the sugar in half and cut back on the butter; much better flavor.

Baked Oatmeal II

Did not care for this recipe; did cut the sugar to 1/2 and the butter, way to much for sugar/fat healthy eating; regardless, the texture was mushie and taste was bland. I'll stick to my oatmeal on plain yogurt with almonds and honey.

Slow Cooker London Broil

The reason I choose this recipe was from the ratings it had received. Looking back, ANY recipe that has two processed cans of soup should be immediately deleted from any cooking site. This recipe, which I made verbatim, was way too salty, flavorless and unimaginative. Even if you had added vegetables, this is a negative adventure in cooking.

Loved it!! Added 1/4 cup more sherry and a little more chicken stock(I like sauce/gravy). Served it with brown rice.

Slow Cook Thai Chicken

I did like this recipe, but made an adjustment to the ingredients. I cut back on the peanut butter, to 1/2 cup, no peanuts on top and DID NOT use cornstarch. I really hate cornstarch, I used flour instead. Also, I felt this recipe need something else, so when I served it, I added chopped cucumber with the cilantro, it needed this! Also, do not add any salt, this recipe was too salty with the soy.
