Cheesy Italian Tortellini

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2015
Short on time, I followed other reviewers' advice and prepared our meal on the cooktop. Worked fabulously. Another reviewer suggested using only sausage rather than the blend of meats, so I tried HOT ground Italian sausage only, and I used The "Best Marinara Sauce Yet" recipe from this site as suggested, as well. Amaaaaazing. Can't imagine how fabulous it'd have been had I not forgotten the mushrooms, or had thought ahead enough to cook it in the crockpot. You are right: this one is a keeper and will be on our regular rotation! This recipe is fabulous. Thank you, Tracy!

Amazing 'Pizza' Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 6, 2012
I seasoned my pork medallions with steak seasoning; I didn't have a fresh tomato, so I used a can of "garlic & olive oil" diced tomatoes and covered the pork before baking in 350 oven. Afterwards, I covered with shredded mozzarella and garnished with fresh basil. We loved this and will make it again. I will adjust cooking time, as my pork was slightly dry. Easy and quick - can be made for company and will be sure to impress. I served with my own version of oven grilled vegetables. Thanks for the great recipe!

Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2012
We eat this almost daily at the office. To keep calories at bay, omit the tahini altogether. We substitute lime juice for the lemon and find the basil isn't necessary at all. Thanks for the great starting point!

Jerre's Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2014
Made this three times in as many weeks!! Super recipe! While it is PERFECT as is, I have noticed that the salsa you use is very important (use a good one). I added a fresh jalapeno for some more heat, but this recipe is fabulous! I have shared it many times, already! Thanks for sharing this award winning recipe (I see why it did so well)!

Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2014
This recipe is perfect, as is. Since it seems that changes are encouraged, I followed suit: I used mozzarella (no cheddar in the house), and I waved the truffle oil bottle over the butter/oil mixture that I tossed the potatos in, ever so slightly. Very nice. Thanks for the great recipe!
