Shrimp Scampi

this was a perfect resturant quality meal! started with evoo and butter added some red pepper flakes and grape tomatoes, added garlic and shrimp cooked a few minutes before adding 3/4 c wine and black pepper and finshed it with fresh basil, added the pasta to the shrimp and sauce before adding the cheese..perfect! i may serve this for easter as it is quick and yummy!! thank you for the recipe! also added juice of 1/2 lemon

Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini

this was a great and easy to make recipe! used one cream of chicken and one cream of celery and whatever shredded cheese i had on hand otherwise followed the recipe i agree with others that the addition of mushrooms and peas would be just perfect...next time i will make a double batch to freeze thank you for sharing the recipe!

Broccoli Cheese Soup

this soup is wonderful! followed the recipe only adding a touch of cayenne pepper salt pepper and a tiny bit of allspice....served with extra shredded cheese and wow so good thanks Karin for the recipe!

Polish Chicken and Dumplings

this is such a great recipe i have made it twice both times came out perfect. i did use a short cut i roasted my chicken in the oven while i made the dumplings, used a box stock, and added 2 cans cream of chicken soup...this will be a staple in my winter rotation! dont be afraid to make the dumplings they are easy and worth it..YUM thank you for sharing the recipe!

Spiced Pecans

made these after reading reviews added chili powder and a little cayenne also used brown sugar instead of white also a touch of salt cooked @ 300 turning every five minutes also omitted cloves and doubled cinnamon...sooo good! thank you Pat for the recipe

Yummy Pork Chops

we all enjoyed this meal! i did marinate the chops for a few hours in the dressing...in a 9x13 pan i layered sliced onions, potatoes, and baby carrots then the chops and marinate added extra seasoning (garlic powder lemon pepper etc) covered and baked @300 for an hour and half..served with green beans yum! will make again..would also be wonderful with chicken..thank you for sharing your recipe serina!

Jill's Hash Brown Casserole

what a wonderful recipe! i used cream of chicken soup and used french fried onions instead of corn flakes per other reviews...added onion powder not fresh also added pepper and a little salt...i loved this..it has the perfect sour cream/cheese/potato ratio..makes a ton but leftovers wont last long thank you for the recipe! also used less butter :)

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

wow! we loved this soup! i followed the recipe and had wonderful results i did read reviews first and most people used kale but i did use spinach it held up well. i did use hot italian sausage and red pepper flakes it had the right amount of kick..i have already shared this recipe with a friend and will make this again and again! thanks for the recipe...no need for me to even try OG version now that i have this

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

this is a must try recipe! i forgot the onion and carrots and did not add salt otherwise followed recipe and this was the best pot roast ever! this is the only way i will make pot roast now... served with rice...the gravy is awesome thank you for sharing your recipe

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

i made this for dinner tonight and it was excellent my boyfriend loved it and my picky son even ate the fish minus the dill sauce i followed the recipe but added old bay and butter to the tilapia before baking with a small amount of cajun seasoning. the sauce was great and per another review i made it ahead of time. an affordable quick easy meal try it! thank you for the recipe will make again

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

i wanted to try a white chili and this was wonderful! read reviews first like always and made small changes...used 2 cans of beans (mashed half a can for thickness) no jalapenos 1 can of green chillies and only half of cayenne pepper did not add cheese it didnt really need it..also used 2 cups of ready cooked tyson chicken breasts..yummy and not as heavy as regular chilli..so easy will make again! if you add the jalapenos and cayenne this will be very spicy just be aware berfore you make this

Lentil Soup

wonderful soup! i did read reviews and made the following changes..used chicken stock in place of the water, added 1 can of rotel tomatoes with the crushed, added a little all spice, added quartered potatoes and smoked garlic sausage, omitted spinach(didnt have any) added fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to taste..made a ton which i plan to freeze..i dont understand why some reviews are negative this soup was perfect! thank you for sharing the recipe marie

Garlic Dill New Potatoes

i quartered my potatoes and boiled them, while i melted the butter i added the garlic and sauted it for a minute or so then i covered the potatoes in the oven @250 for about 20 minutes..yummy!! we loved these will make over and over!i made them with chicken fried steak but will try them with fish next time...

Easy Beef Stroganoff

this is easy and very tasty! after reading other reviews i did add fresh garlic some white wine and extra seasonings and added some green onion at the end for color and crunch served it over buttered egg noodles with a salad and sweet corn also garlic breadsticks.. boyfriend loved it and my picky 6 yr old even ate some..thank you for a new recipe that i will make again and again!!

Luscious Chicken Pot Pie

a very good recipe! i diced and seasoned my chicken before i browned it added parboiled potatoes 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can of milk to 1/2 bag of frozen veggies and heated through put in the pie crust and baked it for 40 minutes and it was that simple! i did read the reviews first and i also baked the crust five minutes before filling it..try this you may never buy frozen pot pies again as this is easy and very affordable! thanks for the recipe

Easy Pork Roast

i had a 2 lb preseasoned (onion and garlic)pork roast and was looking for a new recipe and this looked easy and had great reviews. i did not have everything so i added 2 cans rinsed and drained of northern beans and 1 can of diced tomatoes with onion celery and bell peppers and a little water to the roast then covered with foil 2 hrs @ 350 and then 1 hr @250 it was really full of flavor and everyone liked it.the meat was tender and not dry and the beans and tomatoes tasted great! served with mashed potatoes and corn. it would be great with rice or pasta.an easy dish with pantry items most people keep on hand thats my kind of recipe.thank you for sharing it
