PHILLY Hot Crab Dip

Roast Beef and Gravy

This was amazing! It was the first time I have ever made roast beef, I'm not a big meat cooker. But it turned out perfect. The gravy was terrific! I used about 1/2 a cup of red wine and a beef bouillon cube and a few cups of water as well as the two cans of mushroom soup and onion soup mix. It made tonnes of gravy, me and my husband will be having mashed potatoes and gravy forever!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Delicious! I changed a few things to suit my tastes, as everyone does. I did cook the chicken on low for a few hours with just the butter and half the package of seasoning. Then added a can of chicken soup and mushroom soup and half a cup of beef broth. Then I let it cook on high for an hour or so. I sauteed some onions and mushrooms and added those a little while before the cream cheese. I put in only 4oz of the cream cheese and 1/3 cup of sour cream and let it heat through. I was surprised at how good it was! We had no leftovers, and I will definetly make it again soon.

Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap

This was delicious! I made it exactly to the recipe and the only critique I have is that it was messy and hard to eat, but thats not the fault of the recipe. Next time I might try rolling it in rice paper like another person said they did. But it was superb!

Absolutely Amazing Ahi

This was delicious! I seared tuna steaks for thirty seconds on each side and cut it into cubes. I served it over rice as a main dish. I did forget to put the red pepper flakes which I will try next time, but I added a bit of rice wine vinegar into the mixture. So tasty and filling!

Marinated Flank Steak

This was delicious! I marinated it for 24 hours and then grilled it on my barbeque. The only critique I have is it was a bit on the salty side, I think adding a bit of sweet to it would help. Next time I will try putting a bit of honey in the marinade. But it was super tender!

Asian Mushroom Soup

This soup was really good and hearty! I added more broth and I also added about a tablespoon or two of sri racha hot sauce (the one with the rooster on the label), this extra spice gave it the kick it needed. Delicious!

Vegetarian Tortilla Soup

This was delicious! I couldn't find the pepper and onion mix at the store, so I just put in fresh onions and peppers, which I think is probably better anyways. I also added a bit of salsa and some taco seasoning mix. Otherwise everything else was perfect! I strongly recommend putting in sour cream and avacado, it is delicious!

Phyllo-Wrapped Halibut Fillets with Lemon Scallion Sauce

So good! The only reason I did not give it five stars is because it wasn't crispy all the way around. I don't know if I just needed more pastry, I will try that next time. But otherwise the flavor was delicious and looked really good without that much effort at all! MMMMmmmm I want more!
