Delicious! I changed a few things to suit my tastes, as everyone does. I did cook the chicken on low for a few hours with just the butter and half the package of seasoning. Then added a can of chicken soup and mushroom soup and half a cup of beef broth. Then I let it cook on high for an hour or so. I sauteed some onions and mushrooms and added those a little while before the cream cheese. I put in only 4oz of the cream cheese and 1/3 cup of sour cream and let it heat through. I was surprised at how good it was! We had no leftovers, and I will definetly make it again soon.
