Provolone Burgers

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
Used ground turkey, egg whites, and sweet onion buns. Added a little extra garlic, and followed a reviewers suggestion and added breadcrumbs (Italian-style). Was really good! Will make them again.

Spiced Cranberry Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2009
Used sliced ham and grilled it, and used sauce as a dip instead. Add ingredients based on other reviews. Cloves were a little too much for me.

Sweet and Sour Chicken III

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2009
Used olive oil instead, and didn't have cornstarch so I substituted flour. I added onion like the reviews suggested. It was delicious! Will definitely make it again, but think I will double the amount of sauce.

Grilled Chicken with Salsa Barbecue Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and added hot sauce as suggested in reviews, as well as a dash of red pepper flakes. Also baked instead of grilling and used chicken breast pieces. Loved it! The vinegar was pretty strong but I really enjoyed that. Will definitely make this again!

Potato Spinach Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2009
I was initially looking for a recipe with hash browns because it was for a brunch, so I used shredded potatoes instead of mashed. I also added a little minced onion, light mayo, and used fresh spinach. I used more cheese and mixed it in with the potato, then topped with a little more at the end and cooked at 350 for 40 minutes, broiled on low for about 5 minutes to add a little crisp. Everyone loved it - the flavors were great! I think I will top it with real bacon bits during the broiling next time. I will definitely try it with mashed potatoes as well. Great recipe!

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
Used ground turkey instead of beef, added a little chopped red pepper and ground black pepper to the patty. Also used sweet onion buns, topped patty with bacon, red pepper ring, white onion ring, and usual condiments. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had!! My boyfriend couldn't believe it was homemade. I will be making these all the time! Thanks!!

Pizza Casserole

Added a couple extra toppings and used ground turkey and turkey pepperoni instead. If I make it again I think I will skip the ground meat, but liked it overall.

Used ground turkey instead of beef on sweet onion buns and really enjoyed them. I was afraid the flavor would be too strong for me but it was very mild.

The peanut butter was really overpowering, I couldn't really taste anything else. If I make it again I will use much less.
