Savory Stuffed Chicken Breast with Plum Glaze

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2010
Instead of stuffing the chicken breasts, I cut them into bite-size pieces and dipped them in celery seed and minced onion. Then I put them in a baking dish with chicken stock & let sit in refrigerator. Then I discarded the chicken stock and added a little butter to the baking dish and cooked, adding the plum/stock mixture for the last 10 minutes. It smelled, looked, and tasted great!!

Was out of butter so I used shortening, and it worked out great. Have made them since (w/ the shortening) and everyone loves them! I also use this recipe for oatmeal craisin cookies only without the cinnamon. Thanks!!

Skillet Zucchini

YUM!! This was great! I followed the healthier adjustments in the cooks review, and used a little more soy sauce, less cheddar cheese. I skipped the parmesan all together - on accident, but will continue to leave it off because it was delicious! Thanks, I'll be making this a lot!

I used this to dip onion rings, and it was a refreshing change from the normal dips. May use a little less vinegar next time though.

I agree with the other reviewer that it was too sugary. But other than that, it had a great flavor, good aftertaste and I will make it again using half of the sugar. Thanks!
