Apricot-Glaze Chicken

Cubed chicken, used 2 tbs. onion soup mix instead of the minced onion, and I used 2 tbs. mayo and 6 tbs. apricot preserves. It was so delicious! My boyfriend loved it too and this will become a regular in my house!! Thanks for a great recipe!

Spicy Honey-Roasted Chicken

I actually used this with chicken breasts cut into cubes. I added herbs, honey and butter in saucepan and heated until butter melted, then poured over chicken and baked. I cut back a little on the chili powder, cumin and cayenne. It was delicious!! I'll definitely be making it again!

Fresh Salsa

Wow, this was so delicious! I liked it as is, but my boyfriend wanted a little spice, so I just added a couple drops of hot sauce and it was great too. I'll be serving it both ways, thanks for the recipe!!!

Bacon Chicken II

Cooked bacon and onions in skillet beforehand to brown, added to bbq sauce. Then cooked in slow cooker and made into sandwiches with whole wheat buns. Was delicious! Will be making this again, thanks!

Savory Stuffed Chicken Breast with Plum Glaze

Instead of stuffing the chicken breasts, I cut them into bite-size pieces and dipped them in celery seed and minced onion. Then I put them in a baking dish with chicken stock & let sit in refrigerator. Then I discarded the chicken stock and added a little butter to the baking dish and cooked, adding the plum/stock mixture for the last 10 minutes. It smelled, looked, and tasted great!!
