Bruschetta Chicken Bake
YUM!!! This is so quick & easy - great for a busy mom. I also added a few dashes of balsamic vinegar to the bread mixture (which was 1/2 day-old crusty rolls cut up into squares because I didn't have enough stuffing). I also sprinkled some Parmesan on top of the mozzarella. Will definitely make this again!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Delicious and easy-to-make cookies. They're nice because you could make them soft & thick or crispy and they're good either way. The dough was so easy to work with, even my 21 month old could lift the pieces of cut dough and put them on the cookie sheet without ripping them! I would add almond extract instead of vanilla, but that's just personal preference.
