This recipe is fantastic!! I have people ask me for the recipe every time I make it. However, you must use a good ripe mango and avocado, or don't bother making it. If I make it during tomatoe season I add chopped tomatoes from my garden, as well, and the freshness of the ingredients make this an unbelievable salsa. I omit the olive oil-the juice from the mango and tomatoes makes a nice texture and it seemed too oily when I made it the first time with the olive oil. If it's not spicy enough I add some hot sauce. You can eat it with tortilla chips or use it as a topping for grilled chicken or fish-wonderful!
