Cream of Cauliflower Soup II
This is a good, soup. I did one cup of onion (I hat recipes that don't tell you how much). No sherry did not feel like buying it. I may try the sherry next time. I used half the salt ( less salt is important to me). Small cauliflower, and used red potatoes with skin on. No carrots (maybe next time). Loved it and will make it again. I did not give it a five because I changed it.

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing
I think this is a great recipe for a beginner!!! I only used the same ingredients, in the same amounts. I only added the sage to the cornbread ( a suggestion from a friend. I added turkey necks ( something my family always did). I boiled the necks, with salt and pepper. Instead of chicken stock (Oh I guess I did change something), I used the broth from the Turkey. I took the meat off the bones, and just added it for taste. My first time making dressing. It came out moist and delicious.

Classic Macaroni and Cheese
I am new at this thing called coolking. I like the recipe and will try again. The only reason I did not give it four stars is the warming up of the dish. I missed the chunks you get with adding egg. I followed the recipe exactly. I am learning and this was a good first try at it. Next time I will add two eggs to get more of the dish to be chunky. The only thing I did change was turning down the temp to 350.
