Corn and Black Bean Salad
I really liked this a lot. I used EVOO instead of vegetable oil, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, added a can of kidney beans, and a smal red bell pepper! The best side dish for our BBQ today! Yes, I only refrigerated a short time, but delicious!

Potato Rosemary Rolls
I followed the recipe pretty much except I took another gal's idea about the muffin tin and I soaked the fresh rosemary in the warm water first.. They were moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. I brushed them with butter instead of egg whites. Really good!

Cinnamon Rolls II
I tried this recipe twice. The first time, I should have known that this was too much for my 1.5 lb bread machine. 6 cups of flour? Can't do it. I had to throw everything away and start over. I cut the recipe in half, and had great results. I chopped up walnuts and sprinkled them on some of the rolls before baking. Wow, it was really good. I also used brown sugar vs white sugar for the filling. The next day they were still very good, when warmed up either in the oven or microwave. Very yummy!
