Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2012
Great recipe. Instead of pan frying it I mixed all the spices (just upped the first amount of garlic to 1tsp and omitted the second part), the olive oil, and lime juice to use as a marinade. Then I grilled the chicken. It was very tasty.

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2012
Very yummy. I did omitted the sugar because the salsa I used was on the sweeter side. My meat loving hubby thought it was good (which says a lot to me).

Sarah's Applesauce

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2011
This is way better than any jarred applesauce I've ever had. I doubled everything in the recipe other than the sugar. Best applesauce ever!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
Great recipe. I forgot to put the milk in the sauce but I doubled it so I had more than enough. I used Authentic Mexican cheese by craft and it came out super creamy (I'm not sure if that had an affect on the creaminess or not).

Oat Applesauce Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2010
I will be making this recipe again. After reading some of the other users reviews I decided to make some changes (which the muffins were still a little bland so I will up the measurements next time). I added 1tsp vanilla and cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 cup of wheat germ and 2 medium granny smith apples shredded. Another thing I noticed was the muffins were sticking to the muffin liners (not sure if this was because of the changes to the recipe), so next time I will used a greased pan.

Cola Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
I followed the recommendations of other reviewers and I halfed the ketchup with half BBQ sauce (Krafts Thick and Spicy Brown Sugar). Also I topped the pork chops with sliced onions. And finally I dredged the pork chops in flour seasoned with onion garlic powder then browned in olive oil. My husband and I liked it a lot and will make it again.

Never Enough Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2009
This recipe is delicious! My husband and I decided this will be the new holiday tradition. The only changes I made was I used about 3 quarters of a package of Krafts 4 cheese mexican cheese (2%) instead of processed, used about 5 strips of bacon chopped and added a half a can of milk (but I think I boiled out the liquids to thicken the sauce).
