Cake Mix Cinnamon Rolls

A little messy, but worth it! Very good, will make again! Used the rapid rise yeast - mixed it in w/ the flour & cake mix, then added the water and only let it rise once, worked great! I used closer to 5 1/2 cups of flour.

Beef Noodle Shepherd's Pie

Very tasty! I seasoned the hamburger a bit w/ garlic powder & the paprika while it cooked. I also added a can of corn & a can of carrots to the mixture before putting in the baking dish. I topped w/ some shredded cheese, then the potatoes & cooked for 18 minutes - it is delish!

Pretty time consuming for not a lot of flavor. Turned out as they should, just nothing special for the work involved.

Happy Shrimp

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
Loved it! Very easy too for a quick dinner. I did double the sauce, used 1/2 & 1/2 instead of cream and tossed in 1/4 c grated Parmesean cheese at the end. Added 3/4 box of cooked angel hair pasta for last 5 mintutes of cooking time, great meal!

Game Day Hamburgers

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
My family really liked this recipe & it was pretty easy to prepare, but quite messy! We don't eat mushrooms, so I subbed in shredded carrots & used colby/jack cheese instead of swiss. Did them on the stove top on my cast-iron grill pan - very good! Also did what others suggested & made 2 thin patties, placed filling between & sealed. Will make again!
