Chicken Milano

I really liked this one. It was at least as good as the chicken milano I've had at restaurants. Next time I make it I am going to add some red pepper to make it a little spicy and probably double the amount of sauce I make, it was a hit!

Delicious! My husband actually made this one and he's not the best cook and it still turned out wonderful! He did cook the veggies for a lot longer than 15 minutes but that was the only change he made

Zesty Chicken and Potatoes

My husband hated this. This is the first thing that I've cooked in five years that he absolutely refused to eat. Personally, I thought it was okay. It pretty much tastes like Italian dressing and nothing else, so make sure you get a good quality dressing! I won't make it again, but I would definitely recommend that you cook it a little longer. The potatoes were pretty crisp after an hour of baking. It was pretty easy to throw together, but that doesn't make it worth making.

Poblano Chicken Enchilada Casserole

It turned out okay but I wouldn't make it again. The chicken and peppers burned so I would recommend cooking that at maybe medium low, and the sauce took what seemed like forever. I think with some modifications it would have been better but the end result just wasn't worth it.

Garlicky Vodka Alfredo

This turned out okay. Even though I only added the recommended 1/2 cup of vodka I thought it was an overwhelming alcohol flavor. I was surprised at how much better it tasted the next day though!
