Meatball Nirvana
These were very good. I browned them in a pan on all sides to avoid the flat bottom of so many oven meatballs and finshed them off in the oven in the sauce. They had a very nice texture and taste so they'll probly be my go-to meatballs. I double the recipe, formed and froze half on a sheet pan before bagging. I saw no noticable difference so that was quite covinient

Honey Wheat Bread I
An Excellant wheat bread!!! I doubled the honey but still didn't get much honey flavor in the finished loaf. I made a sandwich for my daughter and she said "I thought you wern't buying bread from the store anymore?" This will be my families wheat bread from now on!!!

Amish White Bread
This is the first bread recipe I made that was actually good, or I should say GREAT!! I cut back on the suger as the majority suggested, otherwise followed to a tee and it came out awesome. I will never buy preservative packed bread again!!
