Pasta Carbonara

Sorry, but I was really disappointed with this recipe. It turned out really dry.

This was so yummy! I love peanut butter and this hit the spot. I did change it a little, I added vanilla and used canola oil in place of butter, I always do this in banana bread recipes and it always makes it so moist and gives it a great crust. I also cut the sugar a little to 3/4 c and warmed the peanut butter in the microwave so it would stir in easier. Will be making this again. Thanks

Brown Sugar and Spice Dry Ham Rub

I didn't have any dry mustard so I used about a tbs.(maybe more)of dijon mustard instead. It made more of a paste that I rubbed on the ham. Loved this, will be using this recipe from now on. I'll be sure to pick up dry mustard to try next time.

Traditional White Bread

This is such a great recipe, I used quick rise yeast and it still turned out awesome. I saved a little of the dough and made fry bread, it's horrible for you but so good! thanks for the recipe.

Sweet Corn Cake

This was so good! I had friends over for dinner and this was gobbled up. I doubled the recipe and used canned corn cuz it was all I had. I used one can of creamed corn and one can of sweet corn, it turned out a little too sweet, probably because of the canned corn, I may cut the sugar next time. I also used flour instead of the masa and used milk instead of water. I omitted the cream. It turned out so good. I took the foil off last 15 minutes. Can't wait to make this again.

Easy Ice Cream Cake

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

This came out wonderfully creamy, I used fewer mushrooms and cooked for much longer adding about half a cup of liquid at a time as another viewer suggested. Wow this turned out so good. It was my first time making a risotto but won't be my last, thanks for sharing.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was so easy and good, I was skeptical about the biscuit dough, but it made awesome dumplings. I've made this stove top too when I'm needing something quick and easy for dinner. This is a new regular in our house. Thanks for sharing.
