Homemade Pan Rolls

Great recipe! Made these this morning & they turned out so yummy! I started the yeast in the milk, water & sugar and didn't need all the flour - I live at a high altitude & don't know if that's the reason or not, but I never have to add as much flour as a recipe calls for. I determine how much to use by adding in small amounts until dough comes away from the bowl easily then stop regardless of how much I've used or what the recipe calls for. If I add more, I have heavy bread, so that may be why some people found these heavy??

Excellent Icing - thank you so much for this! I cooked exactly as written & had the most delicious 'smooth' chocolate icing I'd ever made! Excellent, easy & if you boil correctly, smooth & rich!!

Belle's Hamburger Buns

Delicious hamburger bun recipe! The only change I made was to start with 3.5 cups of flour, once I added the wet ingredients & mixed, this was all I needed. The buns were light & airy & had amazing taste and were so easy to make! Store bought buns will be a rarity for me now. Thanks for the recipe!!

New York Italian Pizza Dough

We loved this pizza dough. I only let it rest in the fridge for about 6 hours but the recipe made more dough than we needed so put the remainder back in the fridge. The pizza that night was really delicious, however the next day when we made a grilled flat bread out of the remaining dough, it was excellent. Thanks for the great recipe, we live on a farm so I love the idea that we can have delicious pizza when ever we want!

Mom's 'Sweet 'n' Sours' Pork Ribs

Great recipe! The only change I made was to omit the par boil step and only because I love the crispness of the ribs you get from baking them in their own fat. This sauce is amazing & definatley on our Fav List!!
