I'm not into baking but this was easy and quick. I didn't change anything, this way I know it wasn't my fault if it didn't come out right. Very good but next time I will add dried cranberrys or raisens. This is worth a quick bake and nice results.

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

I made this tonight as printed, but I did brown the roast in my cast iron pan with a little olive oil then put in the oven in the same pan.. This came out great. My wife commented on it was one of the best diners that I made. (Makes wonder about the other 28 years of making stuff)

Oven Fried Chicken III

This was great, fast and easy. Tasted moist with a crunchy coating. The only thing that I changed as one person stated was to use 1/2 cup of mayo. The best part was not stinging up the kitchen had I fryed the chicken and getting my wife mad.

Potato Clam Chowder

This recipe is quick and easy to put together. I doubled the recipe and used half and half. The whole family loved it and will save it to my file to make many times over.

Grilled Beer Chicken

This was great and easy. The taste was very flavorful and most important it was cooked through and moist. My wife says I always under cook grilled chicken but this was done to perfection. I split a 7 lb oven-stuffer roaster. Well save this one for future BBQ's

Easy Pasta Fagioli

I made this with a few modifications. I doubled the ingredients to serve 8. I used 1 29 oz can of tomato sauce and 4 15 oz cans of chicken broth, also put in 1 lb of cooked sliced Italian sausages. This is a very good tasting receipt worth making again and again.

Pretty Chicken Marinade

I used my foodsaver vacuum sealer to cut down the marinde time (one hour) and then grilled the chicken, it was soo flavorfull and moist. Note: If you have a food vacuum sealer, us it and marinade for 1 hour,takes all the air out of canister and infuses the meat with the marinade.

Chicken Pepper Steak

My family really enjoyed this chicken dish. Alot of flavorfull gravy... I used about 21/2 lbs of boneless chicken breast and since they were thick I cut them in half length wise and sprinkled each piece with the onion powder and seasoned salt instead of tsp measure, also used 14 oz can of stewed tomatoes istead of fresh plum tomatoes. I didn't increase any of the other ingredents. Made 1 lb of bow tie noodles and poured chicken mixture over noodles. I will most definitely save this to my recipe box to make again.
