Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

loved this recipe, it provided a really good base, added cumin, garlic powder, chili powder and cilantro. I love how easy it is to just through everything into the pot.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

Mine did not set well. I have zero intentions of ever making this again, however it was my first lemon meringue pie so it definitely could have been my fault But usually I am an excellent cook and baker. This was not yummy at all.

Easy Tuna Casserole

This recipe was just okay as is. I added a lot of things to it in order to make it have any flavor. I definitely would never make this recipe in its original form. I gave it three stars only because it is a good base and a good recipe if you would like to add your own flair to the recipe. I do not recommend this recipe unless you plan on taking the time to taste test multiple times and to add ingredients as you go.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

I really love tomato soup. I followed the recipe exactly, and I had to add quite a bit of salt and pepper to flavor this. I would have liked to taste the basil a bit more. It was really good though for my first time making a homemade tomato soup.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

This was really good, espeically considering the fact that I am not really a fish eater. I loved the recipe, but I think I might try it on chicken or another type of fish next time. I am not a huge salmon fan, but I know that if I were this would have been an AMAZING recipe!!!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

This was amazing!!! I loved the honey mustard sauce. I will definitely be using the sauce for other things as well, such as salads. I think it would make a great dressing. Chicken was great :-)

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

I thought the cookie batter was just a bit to cocoa-y tasting. I don't think the peanut butter in the middle balanced these cookies out enough. They were okay, but I definitely do not think that I will be making these again.

Banana Crumb Muffins

These are delicious. I followed the recipe and they were amazing. Somehow I did end up with 12 full muffins though. I must have a smaller muffin pan, but all the same I did not have to adjust the cooking time. They came out perfect.

Pineapple Chicken

I thought this was really good. You definitely definitely need to add the brown sugar, it sortof bridges the pineapple and onion soup mix. It is a weird combination without the sugar, I added quite a bit to taste.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have had multiple people tell me that these are the best chocolate chip cookies they have ever had. Soooo yummy. Also just add the pudding mix, dont make the pudding. I was a little confused on that but I just put the mix in and got it right. They were so good.
