Easy Turkey Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2012
I loved this recipe for so many reasons! It is very versatile and easily customized to your tastes. It is very quick, easy and flavorful. I added some crushed diced garlic clove, used Cream of Mushroom soup as I was out of Cream of Celery soup, added frozen peas and some crushed celery seed. You could add a little white wine to the sauce as well. Great family meal!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2009
My family was not wild about this recipe. The crust ended up getting scraped off to eat the salmon underneath. One positive this was that the crust kept the fish very moist and tender. If I make this again, I will alter it a bit.

Turkey Tetrazzini II

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2008
This recipe was super easy, delicious, and easy to add to. To make it your very own, add celery, mushrooms or red peppers. I added my favorite, garlic for a tasty option for my left over turkey. With this basic recipe, the options are unlimited. Cooked as is, it is a kid favorite!
