Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Absolutely the best banana bread recipe I have ever tried. I made 4 big loaves for a family reunion and got compliment after compliment. I wasn't sure about all the cinnamon but this made the bread. I not only coated the pan with the sugar cinnamon mixture I also put some on the top which formed a sweet crust. This is a keeper.

Roasted Vidalia Onions

Tasted great although watch putting in a whole cube I thought the first time I made it, it was a little salty but of course it would depend on the size of onion. The next time I used a sprinkle of the granules and smeared it with the butter. This way seemed to spread the flavor throughout the onion.

Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Excellent recipe. Everyone asks for the recipe and they are so simple to make. Make extra and keep them in the freezer. I lined it up like an assembly line and put them on a baking sheet and cooked them throughout my party. What was left I stuck in the freezer for a quick go to snack.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

A Keeper. Excellent recipe as is. I did add extra peppers for our taste, we like things spicer but other than that left the recipe alone and everyone enjoyed it. Wonderful taste and so much easier than stuffing and handling the peppers. I usually have all the items on hand so throwing together for the unexpected is going to make this a go to recipe in my box.

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

These were the absolutely the best turkey burgers I have ever tried. They are so moist and the flavor is wonderful. I have actually made them without the cheese to lower the calories and they were still wonderful. This is a keeper!!!
