Skillet Zucchini
This was absolutely delicious. I used twice the bacon and it was a complete meal. Husband said it was a keeper

Slider-Style Mini Burgers
Excellent little burgers, great taste and quick and easy to make with ingredients I usually have on hand. Husband loved them. Great for a football afternoon.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
Absolutely the best banana bread recipe I have ever tried. I made 4 big loaves for a family reunion and got compliment after compliment. I wasn't sure about all the cinnamon but this made the bread. I not only coated the pan with the sugar cinnamon mixture I also put some on the top which formed a sweet crust. This is a keeper.
