Cafe Latte
It never occurred to me until today that, hey - I can do this! We just bought one of those mini whisks (bsttery powered) that really makes the foam. I also heated the milk in the microwave and used my french press to make very strong coffee.

Gluten-Free Irish Soda Bread
I used brown rice flour and soy flour. Also cut back the sugar to 1/4 Cup. It was very good, but still very sweet. Would be a great breakfast bread, maybe with some orange zest and dried cranberries. I'm going to experiment with less sugar and the addition of herbs. Maybe sun dried tomatoes. Bake time is definitely closer to 30 minutes.

My Crab Cakes
Wow! My husband was so impressed - they were far better than most we've had in restaurants. I did follow the advice of others and added a 2nd can of crab. I used one can of shredded crab and one of lump crab. I also accidentally used about half the amount of cracker crumbs - and I was happy with the results.
