Baby Zucchini Salad

I made a LITTLE bit of this last night because I needed to find a side to go with ribs quickly. We were tired of the same old baked beans or mac and cheese. I was given two large Zucchini from a friend's garden. I looked up Zucchini and found this. I wish I had made more, which, I am going to do tonight because it is so easy and tastes so good. I didn't have nor have heard of baby zucchini so I used a large one. A Vidalia onion instead of red. A green instead of red pepper. I also didn't have fresh basil,I used the dried, regular olive oil too and followed the directions to the letter. So I didn't change the recipe just used different types of the same ingredients. LOL. Thanks for sharing Lizbeth. This is really refreshingly light and delicious!

Roasted New Red Potatoes

I made this tonight with a pork roast. I added rosemary and a little thyme because we like it. The roast cooked at a lower temp so I put the potatoes on the top gr8 for sometime at 325 then turned it up to 375 to finish. Thanks for the recipe!

Pork Roast With The World's Best Pork Loin Rub

I made this tonight with roasted red potatoes and Mexican corn. It was very good! I made this as written but for a five and a half pound pork roast so I was able to use all of the rub. Perfect heat and sweet. I added onions at the end. Thanks for the recipe!

Linda's Lasagna

I made this on Sunday, it was my daughter's request for dinner. The only change I made was to use 1/2 ricotta and 1/2 cottage cheese. I made two pans and she took one home, the leftovers I had were gone on day two! Very Good!!!

Cheese Blintzes

I made these at Thanksgiving without changing a thing and my family loved them. No one knew they were made with regular bread. I would, however, like to know the trick to keeping the bread flat. After rolling mine down, even individually, the sprung back to life in seconds :-) Thanks, Michele for the recipe. I will be making these again at Christmas!

Meatball Nirvana

I got this recipe from a friend, Dawn-Amherst, who's daughter found it here. I made these last night and even though I had to substitute A Lot of the ingredients(eggs for milk, unseasoned bread crumbs for seasoned, no hot sauce, etc.) they were so good that we are having them again tonight! This time I will be able to make them as written and I am positive they will be even better. Thanks, Lovetohost for posting and to Dawn for suggesting them.

Country-Style Steak

I made this last night along with Fondant Potatoes and Arkansas Green Beans, all from AR. The only thing I did different was to sauté my onions and mushrooms before making the gravy and put my steaks in afterwards. I also did it all in my dutch oven. Thanks for the recipe, hmclaurin, they were very tender and good!

Fondant Potatoes

I made these with Country Style Steak from AR. Not all of my potatoes cooked thoroughly, obviously my fault, but the ones that were done were very good. A new way to make potatoes that I will try more and more. Thanks, Chef John! You are one of my favorites.

Arkansas Green Beans

I made these green beans last night along with Fondant Potatoes and Country Style Steak, all from this site. Let me say the were DELICIOUS. I didn't have, nor do we like soy sauce so I used a little bit of chicken broth in them. Very good KamiShay, thanks for sharing!

Apple Crisp II

Normally I make a recipe the way it is written but this time I took the advice of some of the reviewers. Pros: adding Apple pie spice good. Mixing apples in with sugar, flour, cinnamon good. Cons: Not adding water, bad. My oats didn't cook. Using any type of apples, bad. Mixing two different types of apples made this too sweet. I like a little tart to my Apple crisp. I gave this five stars because the second batch that I made tonight as written, keeping with the pros and cons was delicious!Next one that I make, I will make without any changes! Thanks for the recipe.

Grilled Pork Steaks with Lemon Butter Sauce

I made this tonight with the ingredients listed, however I broiled mine. I sauteed as stated then poured over meat and put in the oven covered with foil to get desired tenderness. Very good. Thanks!

Baked Rigatoni with Italian Sausage and Fennel

I made this along with the Super-Delicious Zuppa from this site, because I was already buying Italian sausage. I also used sweet Italian sausage and as someone suggested added a small container of ricotta to keep it moist. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe.

Blue Cheese Dip II
