I have 3 children. My 6 year old son, a 23 year old son and a 20 year old daughter. The oldest 2 are in Northern Illinois at school. My son and I recently moved into a duplex. Cooking for 2 has become a bit of a challenge. I am always trying to be creative while still on a budge and never allowing things to be wasted. Jax is a very good eater which makes my job as a mom much easier. I love to cook anything but I hate to bake. My mom was a war bride and came over from Germany. She had many German dishes I enjoyed as a child. I wish I would have paid more attention before she passed and learned some of her dishes better because nothing was written down.
