We love this recipe - we have also used it to make focaccia, yeast rolls, Parmesan bread sticks, cinnamon rolls, hamburger buns, flatbread, you name it. Use a fast-rising pizza crust yeast or another high-quality fast yeast for super results - and oil your hands to handle the dough rather than flour to keep the dough light. If you're using it to make rolls, be sure to group the rolls in the middle of the pan with the sides touching to make them rise high and fluffy.
