Rolled Dumplings

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2011
My family loved this. Of course I tweaked it to my liking. I didn't use the baking powder. I put a half stick of butter in with the chicken broth. I also added a can of cream of chicken soup to the broth before adding the dumplings. It was yummy. Thanks to Jessica for the recipe.

White Texas Sheet Cake

Reviewed: May 30, 2010
I reduced this recipe in half for me and my husband. I cooked it in a 9X9 square pan. It was yummy. He is not fond of almond flavor, but I love it. Next time I will use vanilla instead for him. It is quick and easy to make. Thanks for the recipe.

Fried Green Tomato Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2009
This was yummy to me. I love green tomatos fixed anyway, anytime! I would cut the sugar in half or leave it out all together. This was very similar to the Tomato Parmesean at the Whistle Stop Cafe in Irondale, AL. Great recipe!

Texas Sheet Cake IV

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2008
I made this recipe tonight to have for Sunday dinner. We are having a baby dedication at church for my granddaugher. It is a great recipe. I sifted all the dry ingredients together prior to starting any of the steps. There were no lumps. I also used buttermilk instead of regular milk in the batter and icing. It is scrumptuous! We had to 'taste' a piece before tomorrow. LOVE it. I will definitely make this again.

Easy Peach Cobbler II

I used 1 cup of sugar instead of 1 1/2 cups. It was very tasty. It is surprising how easy it is. I will use this recipe again. Thanks!

This was a great way to use lots of squash from the garden. It really is simple and tasty. I added more onion and used olive oil. Thanks for the recipe.

Italian Dressing Mix

Reviewed: May 25, 2001
I used balsamic vinegar and olive oil with this recipe. It is great! I marinate my chicken strips with it and cook them on my George Forman grill. My family loves this and the chicken is great on a salad, topped with this Italian dressing. Thanks for the recipe.
