Tasty, however, it is time consuming to make and you can really only eat this in small portions.

I use olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Tastes great, though it separated and solidified on me when I tried to refridgerate & save.

I make these every year at Christmas and they are such a HUGE hit. Often times I put some in cute tins and give out as presents.

Super easy and very tasty. We topped it with cheese, sour cream, chips and cilantro.
