Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This is WAY TOO SWEET! Ditch the root beer and slow cook it in chicken broth, then add the bbq sauce.

Chocolate Cream Pie II

I used 4 egg yolks and 4 heaping tbs of cornstarch. I used 1 and 1/4 C sugar but will use only 1 C next time. I added a little more than 1/2 C cocoa since we love our chocolate. Boiled it for a good minute or two. Poured it over a graham cracker crust. It set perfectly and was delicious!

Chinese Chicken Salad III

The dressing was great even without the chili paste. I used roasted slivered almonds for crunch since I didn't have wonton wrappers. It was exactly what I was looking for. The family loved it!
