Baked Kale Chips
I have made this recipe several times and usually cook them too long and they have a burned taste to them. I thought that was just how they tasted. Made these today and was very careful not to over bake. They turned out fabulous, crispy but not burned! I used two sheet pans lined with parchment paper and baked for six minutes, rotated the pans and cooked only 6 more minutes and they are perfect! Thanks for sharing!

Pat's Baked Beans
I made his recipe and it was really delicious! I cooked fresh October beans from my local farmers market and I couldn't seem to get them right so the texture was off because of the beans that I used. The flavor of the sauce is really yummy and I also added a little bit of BBQ sauce as the men in my family put it on everything! I must mention that I also didn't use the bacon as we are vegan. I will be making this again but I won't be using the different kinds of beans as that would turn of my teenage sons. Thanks for sharing...this is a keeper!

Roasted Beets and Sauteed Beet Greens
We loved this! The vinegar added to the greens after cooking brought out a sweetness in the greens. My beets took twice as long to cook so they weren't ready with the rest of the meal, but they were so yummy.
