Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
The flavors all go together so well. I make this in bulk and eat for breakfast or afternoon snack during the summer.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
The veggies turn out perf4ect everytime. Because I usually buy the mixes that include broccoli and carrots with the cauliflower, they usually get roasted as well. The flavors work great together and the recipe is so versatile.

Waffles I

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
Great basic waffle recipe. Whenever I have the chance, I will add blueberries to the batter and the waffles still cook and taste great.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
tastes more expensive than the ingredients that are used to make it. because i almost never buy cream cheese with chives; i just add chopped green onion to regular cream cheese.

Cinnamon Honey Butter

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2009
This was great, sweet but great. I ran out of cinnamon so I used pumpkin spice instead and the extra flavors went great with the honey. We use this on toasted banana bread.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2009
My husband loved these, he said it was the perfect dinner to come home to after a hard day of work. I added a can of cream of mushroom soup, make sure its the low sodium kind otherwise the sauce can be too salty tasting. I also added some garlic cause my family loves it.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
This was great and my family thought so too. I'm could go without the bacon but my husband feels that the bacon needs to stay. I also changed the recipe by baking the chicken for 35 minutes at 350 with everything on top of it. It was very moist and flavorful!

Ham and Cheese Puffs

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
This was surprisingly excelent. I make them on Sunday and my family snacks on them all week. I also sometimes use the refrigerated biscut dough and cut each biscut in three thinner biscuts because I find this easier than cutting and forming triangles.
