Really good. I received a lot of compliments. Lighter than I expected and moist.

Luscious Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2008
Followed the receipe exactly and it turned out great. I added some food coloring for easter cupcakes. I didn't think it was too sweet and I like the fact that it's homemade. No more store bought icing for me.

Ranch Dressing II

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
This is a great recipe. Very easy and nothing artificial. I use 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, and 1/2 cup sour cream to lower the fat content and it turned out really well. I make it all of the time.

Turnip Bake

I added carrots and omitted the topping. I served it with homemade turkey sausage patties, which had apples, too. Everyone loved it.

Winter Fruit Compote

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
This is a great dessert recipe for the winter. I made it for a dinner party (without the sugar), served it over french vanilla ice cream with a biscotti and garnished with sprig of mint. Everyone loved it. Thanks comments about the added sugar. I made the recipe without any added sugar at all and it was still very sweet.

These were really good. I used mini-marshmallows to make bunnies decorations. Really fun for Easter.
