Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2013
I loved this and so did my Italian hubby. Since I was out of wine (sad day) I used Italian dressing and a small can of tomatoe sauce. This is a meal that is definitely company worthy.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
I have been married for 14 1/2 years and my husband has always said he does not like ham mixed with food. But this dinner is the exception. He loves it and so does my 4 year old. The only thing I changed was I used cream of chicken instead - adds a little extra flavor.

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
I love this mix! Used for my beef nachos and it was awesome! This is enough for one pound of meat and I only added 3/4 cup water to the meat after browining and draining and simmered for about 20 minutes. I also used this mix for a taco dip and my husband and his friends went crazy over the dip.

Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
I have been making this recipe for a very long time! Super easy and yummy. Since I have vegetarians in the family, I omit the bacon and they are still delicious. I also divide the cheese and I put 1/4 cup into the mashed potatoes and the remaining on the top! These mashed potatoes have went over well at numerous family get togethers and at work eat-ins.

Delicious! I just added onion, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes for a little kick. The marinade is great and I love that it's only 15 minutes. Super quick to whip up! Hubby loved it too!

I made this with my homemade lasagna for family night. My husband and mom and dad all loved it! It was very easy and I can't wait to make it again. I used fresh grated Asiago since that was all I had on hand. Delicious!!!!!!

Goulash Supreme

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
Just the everyone else, I added spices too (probably making it a brand new recipe). It was very bland and tomato-y, so I added about 2-3 T. of sugar to take away, then added 3/4 cup of grated parm. cheese (my mom puts this in hers all the time too). Some extra salt and pepper and what an incredible dinner. The leftovers were even better!!!!! Do the pasta separate (for about 7 minutes) and then add to the mixture 30 minutes before you eat.
