Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2012
This is a really good one. My changes were; Sqeezed 1/2 of a lemon over sliced apples. 1/2 the white sugar, but did drizzle a little agave nectar over apples. Used i/2 coconut oil minus 1 Tblsp. Added lots of cinnamon and a little pumpkin pie spice. added 1/4 cup of chopped pecans to topping mixture.

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
This was the best broccoli dish I have ever tasted. Wow! Unfortunately, there are no leftovers! I had to use frozen broccoli which i steamed and it was definitely a huge hit.42

Asian Barbequed Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
Really good!!! cooked on an indoor grill, wasnt sure about the type of chili sauce, so I used part sweet, a little bit of hot, and the standard jar chili sauce. Very tender and tasty.

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2010
First time I made ribs, These are pretty good and easy. Unfortunately i didnt have my favorite bbq sauce on hand. I didnt have a chance to marinate at all and they still came out good. I am sure marinating will make these ribs even better.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
I live high altitude (6800 ft) I was afraid of making roasts anymore due to past disasters...often too dry or overdone. Meats tend to dry out quickly here. This recipe I have made 3 times, and as long as I watch the meat thermometer it has come out fantastic! The seasoning tastes so good!
