Slow Cooker Pizza

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
My family loves this I would have given 5 stars if I had followed the recipe exactly which I do not. I use 1 lb of Italian sausage instead of gr beef just as a personal preference. I use 16 of rigatoni and 2 cans of tomato soup instead of one. I do not increase the amount of meat or sauce even though I use double the pasta. My husband who usually frowns on casserole type dishes loves this and requests it often as do our four children. It's really tasty and the noodles are not mushy.

White BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2010
I used this recipe to make White BBQ chicken salad for a ladies luncheon and it was a big hit with everyone going back for seconds. I halved the recipe then I cooked 5 chicken breasts in my crock pot in chicken broth until they were so tender they shredded easily with a fork. I added the (halved) sauce and a few ribs of celery cut up then baked it at 300 for about 20 minutes the night before the luncheon. The next day I pulled it out of the fridge an served it with Hawaiian sweet rolls. P.S. I used real mayo not Miracle Whip as some have suggested.

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2010
This was enjoyed by my whole family. I used rotini, like the picture shows, instead of egg noodles. My only suggestion is to cover it with foil to avoid getting crusty noodles on the top.

Strawberry Freezer Jam

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2010
I made this and the taste is awesome. The only problem I had was that after the 24 hours was up and they were ready to freeze it seems that all the strawberries had risen to the top and the bottom looks like jelly instead of jam. I stuck on jar in the fridge and a couple days later just stirred the top and bottom together, seems fine and tastes great.

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2010
My family of six all loved this recipe. The only changes I made were to use bread flour (just because I had some on hand) and I added some basil because we all love it. Thanks for the easiest recipe ever.

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
My husband and ALL 4 of our kids loved this meal, that is a rare thing. They even fought over the leftovers the next day. I skipped the butter on the noddles and no one said a thing. This dish is super easy and declicious. Thanks to Anna and her friend :)

Broccoli and Ramen Noodle Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2010
In response to some of the comments that said this recipe was bland I used rice wine vinegar instead of the cider vinegar. It made a huge difference.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
These are wonderful cookies, soft not crunchy (who wants a crunchy cookie anyway?). I have never had anyone tell me they are bland and they bake up perfectly every time, never messy. The only thing I have ever changed is to add a dash of almond flavoring because I love almond.

This was a little time consuming but so worth it. My 4 kids are still raving about how good this was days later and wanting to know when I will make it again.

This recipe is wonderful on all levels. The biscuits are quick and easy, my kids can make them. All 4 of my children and my husband request them often, especially when I make a new batch of jelly. They are excellent.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
My kids and picky husband loved this soup. It's rare to find a recipe that pleases everyone. I will definitely make this again though my family wants me to try it with chicken this time around. This one is a keeper. Thanks
