Cherry Chicken Salad
I tought this recipe was great! Had to make a few substitutions but it still turned out delicious. Used miracle whip light instead of mayo, dried cranberries instead of cherries, and chopped scallions instead of celery. Also added a little garlic made into a paste to the miracle whip. Loved the flavor from the apples and toasted pecans!

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough
Turned out pretty well for my first time making pizza dough! I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and let the dough rise for about 30 min before rolling it out. Then I let it rise for about 10-15 minutes more before baking it. I also let it cook for about 10 min before adding toppings. Doubled the recipe and made two medium sized pizzas, about 8 clices each. I did not get a strong honey flavor that other reviewers mention, so I will probably add a little more next time, or brush some on the dough. All in all, it was very good for a healthy pizza crust, but the whole wheat taste was strong. Made one pizza with goat cheese, sauteed spinach with garlic and oregeno, with a little shredded mozarella on top. The second pizza had pizza sauce, shredded mozarella, chopped tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil. If you like whole wheat pizza, you will enjoy this.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
Really good recipe! Loved the balsamic glaze. Served with long grain rice, and sauteed spinach with garlic, and it was absolutly delicious! Wouldn't change a thing, and I will definitely be making this dish again and again. And I love that it is so healthy! I found it quick and easy to prepare, and it looked beautiful when served.
