Whole Wheat Beer Bread
Very good - not the prettiest loaf you'll see (admittedly, I may not have mixed or shaped the dough enough, etc.), but tastes wonderful - great texture. I used Guinness.

Really great and simple. I made some minor modifications based on ingredients I had on hand (I used canned diced tomatoes mixed with regular tomatoes), but it was still fantastic.

Nutella(R) Cheesecake
I took the suggestions of some of the reviewers - add an egg, bake at 350 for 30 minutes, refrigerate overnight. It was good, but not great. I've had amazingly good, simple, and creative desserts with Nutella, but I can't say this was one of them.
