Delicious! I used raw shrimp and just gave them a couple extra minutes on each side in the butter and garlic prior to adding the half and half. My sauce was sort of thin, but it worked well once it cooled on my plate. I think it would have been too thick had I added cornstarch. This did not make a lot of sauce. It was just right for me, my husband and our toddler...although I know that next time I make it, my husband will ask me to make double the sauce! Thanks for a great recipe1

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Wow...we loved these. I cooked the chicken in a crock pot on high for 2.5 hours with some water, garlic and onion owder, salt and pepper and hafl the packet of taco seasoning and shredded it the night before and put it in the fridge. The next night after work I putmade the sauce and simmered the chicken with the other ingredients then assembled the dish. Delicious. Not too good for the wasteline...I went heavy on the cheese too. Next time I'll definitely serve it over rice

Quick Black Forest Cake

This recipe was really a hit with everyone at our Oktoberfest party. I baked the cake in two nine inch rounds, and split another can of cherries between the two layers and the top of the cake for a beautiful presentation. I skipped the glaze, although had I made this bundt style, I definitely would have made it! Great, easy recipe. Love the chocolate chips in the batter! Thanks!

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Amazing. Everyone raved! I added an extra 1/2 c of blueberries and that was everyones favorite part. I might try adding extra sugar next time. These look like they come from a bakery. I was proud to display them in my kitchen

Spinach and Pasta Shells

This was a good recipe. I used fresh spinach and rotini pasta and added a can of garlic, basil and oregano seasoned tomatoes. Topped with shredded romano. Really healthy and delicious!

BREAKSTONE'S Fruit-Filled Coffee Cake

I REALLY wanted to like this recipe, but just couldn't do it. The cake didn't look very enticing to begin with. Then, after it cooled, I put a lid on the cake pan and put it in the fridge. The next day the cake was wet and gooey. That may have nothing to do with the recipe, but it was a total turn off.

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

We REALLY enjoyed this recipe. I rolled them and secured them with toothpicks while dipping and coating, but removed the toothpicks prior to baking and it worked out fine. I think the sauce was okay, next time I might look for another recipe, but it was quick and I appreciated that. Thanks for a great recipe!

White Bean Chicken Chili

We LOVED this recipe. Although, I'm calling it Mexican Chicken Soup from now on. I skipped the tomatillos and salsa verde all together and just added about a cup of Medium heat salsa. Also use done can of Rotel in lieu of diced tomatoes. We topped it with shredded mozzarella and sour cream. Wow- fantastic. Thanks for a great recipe.

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese

We loved this recipe. I used 2 cups of milk and two cups and shredded cheddar, and skipped the crumb topping, just added more shredded cheddar. Also, try sprinkling with red pepper flakes for a little kick. Delish! Thanks for an easy recipe!
