Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo
Delicious! I used raw shrimp and just gave them a couple extra minutes on each side in the butter and garlic prior to adding the half and half. My sauce was sort of thin, but it worked well once it cooled on my plate. I think it would have been too thick had I added cornstarch. This did not make a lot of sauce. It was just right for me, my husband and our toddler...although I know that next time I make it, my husband will ask me to make double the sauce! Thanks for a great recipe1

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
Wow...we loved these. I cooked the chicken in a crock pot on high for 2.5 hours with some water, garlic and onion owder, salt and pepper and hafl the packet of taco seasoning and shredded it the night before and put it in the fridge. The next night after work I putmade the sauce and simmered the chicken with the other ingredients then assembled the dish. Delicious. Not too good for the wasteline...I went heavy on the cheese too. Next time I'll definitely serve it over rice

Quick Black Forest Cake
This recipe was really a hit with everyone at our Oktoberfest party. I baked the cake in two nine inch rounds, and split another can of cherries between the two layers and the top of the cake for a beautiful presentation. I skipped the glaze, although had I made this bundt style, I definitely would have made it! Great, easy recipe. Love the chocolate chips in the batter! Thanks!
