Frog Eye Salad

I've made frog eye salad for 3 years now and each time I just add variations... this year I could not fine anci de pepe pasta anywhere and so buying the smallest pasta you CAN find will do... I used orzo.. only because I don't care for the taste couscous gives it... I've never added egg to mine because it makes me nervous, I've always assumed egg is only to add color? to which in place of I use non cooked vanilla pudding packet! I took out the first 7 ingredients of this recipe!

Authentic Mexican Chili Rellenos

As one of the other reviewers mentioned, and also being from New Mexico using Hatch Chile is the best and formost for any chile/ chile relleno recipe..problem is for myself I now live in California and using poblanos or anaheim is just flat out nasty to me... this year I brought back 30 lbs. of chile from back home...Ive made me tons of chile rellenos and a happy camper!!!!! If some of you guys ever get to NM to visit you will never want any other kind of chile rellenos again!

Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding

I followed directions perfectly, but I used splenda in place...yummy yummy!! oh and I did not add raisins and served cold only.

Chocolate Icing

This really was great, first time I ever made homeade chocolate icing for for a cake,although usually make my cakes from scratch! Anyway totally awesome..I did as others suggested just added a little more milk as needed and kept it on the stove to keep warm!! wish ya'll could see my cake..its beautiful :)

White Chocolate Fudge

I should have listed to other reviewers but I went ahead and tried, I was extremely disappointed in the fact that this never set..it remained soft enough for me to use it on icing for cookies I had made... My mom suggested I use the recipe on the back of the Puffs Cream Jar..Think I will try that.
