So good! It always gets gobbled up when I bring it to parties, and I get tons of compliments. I make it in a pie plate and do an italian breadcrumb/parmesan mixture on top and bake it so that it resembles the breading on a jalapeno popper. Making this for my brother-in-law's birthday tomorrow; can't wait to eat it!

Chicken Pot Pie I

Delicious. I don't change a thing, other than the baking time because the crusts do not brown in 30 mins. Reviewers who are posting the details of all the changes, substitutions, and other things they added need to submit a new recipe because after all those changes they're no longer reviewing this recipe! Oh yea, I use the Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken, but do you really need to know that?

Sweet and Sour Chicken II

Yum! The only thing I changed was to cook the veggies a bit in a separate pan before adding to the sauce. As other reviewers noted, you could definitely substitute or add whatever veggies your family prefers. Even my husband, who dislikes all asian food, loved this! A keeper!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

I'll never buy Alfredo sauce in a jar again! This is definitely a five star recipe as far as Alfredo sauces go. It reminds me of the sauce at one of my favorite restaraunts (where my favorite entree is Fettucine Alfredo). The beauty of something like this is that since it replaces a store-bought variety, not only is it less expensive, you can use light ingredients to make it even more health-conscious. I also added a little parsley just for color. Absolutely delicious! Thank you!!

Hungarian Noodle Side Dish

Pretty good! Very similar to a now discontinued frozen favorite of our family ~ Stouffer's Noodles Romanoff. Other than leaving out the poppy seeds, I followed the recipe exactly. Will make again!

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

YUM!! This is one of our favorites around here! Definitely agree that it is more like chili than soup (but although I'm not a chili fan, I LOVE this "soup"), particularly since I add a little less water than called for. I also add extra green chilis because I love them too! Served with corn chips, sour cream, and shredded cheese this makes a delicious meal in a bowl!

Strawberry Pie VI

Maybe I did something wrong, but when I made it the pie never really set. Also a little too much strawberry flavor for me, I might try it again using pudding instead of gelatin.

New Red Potato Salad

Great potato salad for those who love red potatoes like I do. I added about a tablespoon each of dill relish and mustard though. Hint: cook the potatoes kind of slowly so the outside isn't too soft and the inside isnt' too crunchy, ,like mine were the first time!

Quick Chicken Enchiladas

Don't think I'll make this again. The filling was good, but the cheese soup just doesn't do it for me. I think next time I'll just use shredded cheese and enchilada sauce for a more traditional dish.

Baked Brunch Omelet

Great easy recipe to prepare the night before and bake in the morning. The bread gets nice and crisp on top, I actually used english muffins instead and that turned out great. Cooking for 2 people I almost always have leftovers, but with this I recommend not making more than you can eat, no good reheated.

Chili Potato Burritos

Great recipe idea, but a few things needed adjusting... I added a lot more cheese just to improve the potato texture within the tortillas, and I also used much more enchilada sauce than is called for, despite the fact that I halved the recipe. Also, don't even think about using an 8x8 pan, it's way too small! All in all with a few changes a delicious recipe, my husband is a very picky eater and always skeptical when I try to cook anything unusual, and these won even him over.
