Pork Roast With The World's Best Pork Loin Rub

Let me say I really wanted to like this rub. I let the rub sit over night on the roast. It really didnt have much flavor. I gave it two stars for the fact that it did keep the roast moist. Thanks for sharing but for our tastes I wont make this again.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

I made this Chicken yesterday, it is to die for! I only made one chicken and used all of the rub called for in the recipe on the one chicken. I followed everything else in the recipe except I didnt have white pepper, I just doubled the black. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! My beef loving husband said it was very good, and that is high praise from him for a chicken dish. This will be the only way I roast chicken from now on. Thanks again!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These cookies are awesome! I cant wait to try the recipe using butterscotch chips and with leaving the raisins out. Soft chewy and delicious. Thanks for sharing!

Fried Chicken Coating

This was really good coating. I would have given it 5 stars except I made a few changes that I think really made it great. I added a tablespoon of celery salt, I also used garlic salt instead of regular table salt. I also added 1/2 tbs of basil. I didnt finish this in the oven but rather fried it for the whole time. Its a great base recipe, Thanks for sharing!

Breaded Pork Chops

Made these pork chops tonight for dinner. I was really impressed by what a great coating it made. They fried up nice and brown and were fork tender. I agree that the cooking time is off, it took at least twice as long as instructed on medium low heat. I also added onion and garlic powder to the flour mixture. A great recipe, I will use it again. Thanks

Honey Baked Chicken

I made this a couple of nights ago for my beef loving husband and he gave it great reviews. I used boneless breasts instead of bone in. I took another reviewers advice and seasoned with garlic powder first. Its a nice recipe, I will make it again.

Ham, Potato, and Cheese Soup

I really enjoyed this soup. I took others suggestions and used broth instead of water. I also used cheddar and velveeta cheeses. The only other thing I did different was I mashed all the potatoes. Thanks for the recipe

Apricot Chops

I felt this was a good recipe. The only thing that shocked me was the nutritional information. 622 calories, and 40 + grams of carbs?? I substitued the called apricot jam with a sugar free version. I also used low cal catalina dressing. The taste and flavor were very good. I am diabetic so there was no way I could have eaten it as was. Thank you for sharing.
