I am a single, working mother of 4...2 of which still live at home. I enjoy cooking on my days off. New Years resolution...eat healthier! I enjoy barbecuing and smoking meats. I also LOVE to bake! Mostly cookies and cakes. I'm not great at pies unless I can use graham cracker crusts! I have some fabulous cheesecake recipes that always turn out great. Huge multi-course meals for the holidays Pulled pork and smoked meats....my family has loved all my attempts and always asks for more Napoleans....couldn't get the crust layers right!
