I was craving Guacamole from a local restaurant and decided to make it myself. I just happened to have everything needed for this recipe. OMG, it was soooo good. The one thing I did do, is scrape out the seeds out of the tomatos so they wouldn't be so watery. I processed 1 of the tomatoes (used 3 roma total) along with the cilantro, onion, garlic and a big scoop of avocado in my mini food processor and then mashed/mixed it in with the remaining avocado. I gave some to my neighbor who has now asked me to make it again for her. This is a definate keeper.
