Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

I made these over the weekend and they are the best deviled eggs I've ever had and made. I added extra bacon and cheese just because I love both. It was like a eating contest in our house to see who got the last one. Definately a keeper.

I was craving Guacamole from a local restaurant and decided to make it myself. I just happened to have everything needed for this recipe. OMG, it was soooo good. The one thing I did do, is scrape out the seeds out of the tomatos so they wouldn't be so watery. I processed 1 of the tomatoes (used 3 roma total) along with the cilantro, onion, garlic and a big scoop of avocado in my mini food processor and then mashed/mixed it in with the remaining avocado. I gave some to my neighbor who has now asked me to make it again for her. This is a definate keeper.

Shepherd's Pie VI

This is the BEST Shepherd's Pie recipe on this site and you DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT change anything. Forget the instant gravy mix comments to save time, you don't need it and quite honestly it doesn't taste as good. Just follow the recipe step by step exactly how its written above and it comes out perfect and delicious. I've made this more than 5 times over the past year and not once has there been left overs.

Crab Cakes with Red Pepper Sauce

I made the recipe without changing it (well other than using a loaf of fresh mountain bread instead of italian) and it was the BEST crab cakes I've ever made or had. You don't need to change a thing (no eggs, nothing). Just make sure to press the breading on the crab cakes and pat them so it really sticks. And the red pepper sauce was perfect with the crab cakes. Even my son and husband who are somewhat picky eaters loved it. Definately a GREAT recipe and a keeper.
