Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I think that this will be the only recipe that I use for banana bread from now on. I looked at the reviews and didn't melt the butter but added more banana as suggested. Next time though I would add only another half a banana instead of a whole one. It took much longer to cook but having said that it was still very moist and absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it.

Mom's 'Sweet 'n' Sours' Pork Ribs
I love this recipe. Didn't do all the things it said to do but went with one of the reviewers and just mixed everything and put it in the oven at 325 and cooked until they were done. I used cider vinegar and would cut back on the amount called for in the recipe a little next time. This is a great recipe if you want to do a lot of ribs for a lot of people with little or no fuss for you. I used boneless pork ribs and will just make a couple of salads and that should about do it. Great taste.

Wedding Cake
This is one of the easiest and nicest cakes that I have ever made from scratch. I cut the recipe to feed 8 and it turned out perfectly. Everyone loved it. It will be the only white cake I'll bake from now on.
