Tuna Noodle Casserole II
This is a huge hit at my dinner table,.. I love it as it is the easiet thing to make and my toddler loves this.. I sneak in a can of veggies so that she gets her fiber.. also I use half the salt the recipe calls for. :)

Spiced Pecans
I absolutely loved these pecans..and so did my Hubby. I froze them and they have become a nice little "hold me over" snack until a full meal time. I did not use cloves tho and it they were still excellent!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
This recipe was very easy and extremely satisfying!! My hubby could not stop saying how great it was from the moment he took a bite.. until we went to bed! LOL! It literally melts in your mouth. I used a 2.5lb Roast and kept the recipe the same minus the chili powder and thyme because the BBQ sauce I used was very spicy as it was. I cooked it on high for 2 hours then turned it down to low for the remaining 5 hours. Since I left the ingredient amount the same I had to drain a lot of the liquid b4 returning the shredded meat back to the cooker. It made for the best pulled pork I have literally EVER had!
