WOW. I literally just finished baking the first pan, and couldn't resist trying one. These are awesome. I followed the recipe exactly, and these turned out great.

Amazing. You are my hero when I'm craving eggs Benedict and cringe at the idea of having the get dressed to go to a restaurant.

Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
I do know I probably have never made this recipe exactly, but I can't be bothered with exact measurements when I need to make a much smaller portion for myself. I also must admit I just don't see the point in baking them afterwards. I now always make my masked potatoes this way and they are always a hit if company is over.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
Very good. I started making my own Alfredo sauce and that really helps. I really enjoy that I can usually whip this up for supper with nothing previously taken out or planned. It has worked its way into my regular rotation of "I forgot about supper" recipes.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
Delicious! Now if only the person who rolled them for the picture would come over and roll them for me. The sauce really helps this recipe stand out. If you're like me and don't drink wine, just invite a wine drinking friend over for supper who can help finish it off. I tried the pan method but have since started baking these in the oven for ease. When I do that I just put the wine, bouillion, cream etc. in a pan and drizzle over the chicken.

Asparagus with Parmesan Crust

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
I love asparagus and am always looking to make it differently. This is perfect. Also works well wrapped in tinfoil on the grill. As is was great, but since then I have started adding some garlic as well.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
Amazing! Let me tell you, I will not order anything with Alfredo at restaurants as I'm afraid of the homemade stuff and it alwayz tasted weird to me. Yes, I preferred jarred sauce. I have made this numerous times (never really knowing if I'm using as much cheese as it calls for) and it is amazing! I have stopped buying jarred! As is this recipe is amazing, and it plays nice with adding anything (cayan, chipotle peppers, mushrooms).

Tangy Shrimp Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
Made this for new years eve and it was a huge hit.I feel guilty reviewing this as I did change a few things for personal preference and what I had on hand, but I'm sure it would be delicious as is. I did use miracle whip (I don't even buy regular mago anymore), omitted green pepper (not a fan), used regular frozen shrimp thawed and chopped, and added canned crab. Adding the canned crab was definitely a good idea.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
I actually went and found anchovy paste just for this recipe and am very glad I did. This is now my go to for pizza sauce. It's good as is, but every time I make it I am tweaking the spices to find the perfect mix for me. I do blend this on the stove on low so I can taste and adjust more accurately than creating it cold. Freezes well. Extra garlic is definitely a suggestion I would make. As well, I would not consider the anchovy paste optional. Its a must people, I swear to you, you will not taste it, you will just taste a better pizza sauce.

Cinnamon Belgian Waffles

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
Easy to whip up, delicious, and freeze well. These are everything I look for in a waffle and these hit the mark. I did add quite a large "pinch" of cinnamon and they were amazing.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
I have never had enchiladas before making this, but wow these were amazing. I couldn't find jarred enchilada sauce so I found a recipe on here to use, as well I used a corn/flour blended tortilla's as I'm not a fan of soggy. These were a hit with my company and I will be making them again soon. Unfortunately these did not reheat well for me, the tortillas kind of turned into a noodle texture? Oh, and due to time restraints I did take advice from other reviews and cooked the chicken with seasonings in the slow cooker.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
I may have guessed on the chicken broth amount, and had to use dried cilantro but this turned out very good. I think using diced tomatoes next time will make it a bit better for me. I also topped it with a dollop of sour cream and some shredded cheese which I really think helped this soup out.

Taco Dip I

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
Made this for new years eve. It was delicious but seemed to lack a bit of zing. I did omit the green peppers as I didn't have any and don't enjoy them, but made it otherwise as listed. I will be making it again though!

Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2013
I always wanted to make potato soup, but never have time so thought this was fantastic that it was in the slow cooker. I did halve the recipe, but follow the directions exactly. It was good, but not fantastic. I added some more ranch, a bit of dill, and pepper to kick it up for my preference. Next time I will use a heavier cream as I had to add corn starch to make it as thick as I like. Still pretty good as is though.
