I have to say that this is one of my favorite cheesecakes to make, especially for the holidays. When I make it, I like to melt about 3 tbsp of butter in a pan (on low heat), add about 8 oz. of chopped walnuts, sprinkle with about 1/4-1/2 cup of brown sugar with a dash of cinnamon, and brown for about 10 minutes. Add half of this mixture in between the layers of the cheesecake, then put the rest of the mix on top of the cheesecake after about 15 minutes of baking...AMAZING.
